I'm Carole Rich, the Clinical Director at Restoring Hope Therapies Ltd. As a trained Family and Systemic Psychotherapist and Supervisor, I specialise in helping individuals within close relationships understand and support each other better. Systemic Psychotherapy offers a safe space for family members to navigate difficult thoughts and emotions, fostering mutual understanding, appreciation of needs, and collaboration to bring positive changes to their relationships and lives.

My journey as a Systemic Psychotherapist began with experience in an NHS Child and Adolescent Mental Health Team, complemented by independent practice. Over the years, I've assisted clients facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders, conduct disorders, and issues related to adoption. Prior to focusing on therapy, I was a social worker, specialising in child protection and fostering.

With a commitment to enhancing family dynamics and mental well-being, I offer tailored support to individuals, couples, families, and carers, guiding them towards healing and resilience
